Future Home Removals is a trading name of Future Home Energy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 13776291), at 640 Lea Bridge Road, London, E10 6AP. When you ask for a quote through our enquiry form, we collect:

• your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number
• the service you need and anything you write in your message, such as addresses, postcodes, property size and moving dates
• how you found us: the page you enquired from, the website that sent you, any advert or campaign tags in the link you followed, and an advert click ID if you came from an advert

If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we keep the details you give us in that conversation. If you book a move, we also keep the details needed to carry it out and to invoice you.

• to reply to your enquiry, survey the job and give you a quote
• to plan and carry out your move or collection, and to deal with any questions or claims afterwards
• to understand which adverts and pages bring us enquiries, so we can improve our marketing

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We do not sell your information, and we will not send you marketing unless you have agreed to it.

We only share your information with providers that help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer management system, which stores enquiries and sends us enquiry alerts
• Digital Marketing Automated, the agency that manages our website and customer management system for us
• Google, for our business email and, only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics
• our website hosting provider

Some of these providers may store information outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

We keep enquiries that do not lead to a booking for up to 2 years after we last spoke to you. For jobs we carry out, we keep records for 6 years after the job, which is how long we need them for accounting and legal purposes. After that we delete them.

We use Google Analytics cookies to see how visitors use our website, for example which pages they view and where they came from. These cookies are only set if you click Accept on our cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings.

Without your consent, we only store what the site needs to work: your cookie choice, and a note in your browser of how you found us so it can be sent with an enquiry. The enquiry form is provided by HighLevel and may use its own cookies that are needed for the form to work.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Contact us at futurehomeremovals@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.
